2. Declare invalid Item 2 of the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Center of preparation and retraining of specialists of Civil protection under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 9, 2011 No. 35.

3. This Resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

1. General provisions

The center of preparation and retraining of specialists of Civil protection under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Center) is subordinated division of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic of the organization of preparation leading, the command commanding structure of Civil protection, officials of public authorities, the organizations, organizations, local population to actions in emergency situations, and also training of listeners and students of the educational organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic.
