1. Approve the enclosed Strategy of development for small and medium business "Belarus - the country of successful entrepreneurship" for the period till 2030.

2. To the republican state bodies, other state organizations subordinated to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, local executive and administrative organs to use the Strategy of development for small and medium business approved by this resolution "Belarus - the country of successful entrepreneurship" for the period till 2030 in case of:

program implementations of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus for 2016-2020 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 15, 2016 No. 466 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.12.2016, 1/16792), the State program "Small and medium business in the Republic of Belarus" for 2016-2020 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2016 No. 149 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 10.03. 2016, 5/41760);

to project development of programs of social and economic development of the Republic of Belarus, state programs for the periods till 2030;

to project development of the legal acts and resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus regulating activities of subjects of small and medium business;

to preparation of offers for drafts of the international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union.
