Some questions of ensuring activities of the National agency concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Form as legal entities of the public law interregional territorial authorities of the National agency concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes (further - territorial authorities of the Agency), according to appendix.

2. Determine that financing of activities of territorial authorities of the Agency in 2018 is provided within the budget settings provided to the National agency concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes (further - the Agency), in the Government budget of Ukraine for 2018.

To the Ministry of Finance during creation of the bill on the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year to provide expenses on ensuring financing of activities of territorial authorities of the Agency.

3. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

4. To the agency together with Fund of state-owned property and Kiev city and Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Odessa, Kharkiv regional public administrations to resolve issue of placement of territorial authorities of the Agency by transfer of state-owned property to the sphere of management of the Agency and/or the conclusions of the lease agreement of the state-owned real estate.

5. To the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Odessa, Kharkiv regional public administrations before settlement on the organization of activities of territorial authorities of the Agency to take measures to their placement in premises of the relevant public administrations.
