About approval of the Regulations on immigration card

According to part one item 4 of Article 1, to parts one, the second article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons", 11, to Item 2 parts one of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About border control" and to Item 1 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878, ORDER to Article part two:

1. Approve Regulations on immigration card which are applied.

2. To Speckled S.N. to provide to the head of department of interaction with the State Border Service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. Declare invalid the order of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine of December 15, 2011 No. 987 "About approval of the Regulations on immigration card", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 3, 2012 for No. 3/20316.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of the State Border Service of Ukraine Tsigikal P. A.

Regulations on immigration card

I. General provisions

1. This Provision is developed according to the Laws of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons", "About border control".

2. This Provision establishes:

cases and procedure for filling of immigration card with foreigners, stateless persons;

procedure for storage and destruction of immigration cards.

3. In this Provision terms are used in the values given in the Laws of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons", "About border control".

II. Cases of filling of immigration card

The form of immigration card given in appendix to this Provision is filled with foreigners or stateless persons in the following cases:

provision by the foreigner or stateless person during implementation of border control for verification of the passport document in which pages for marks about crossing of frontier are not provided;

foreigners are the citizens of the state of migratory risk or persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the state of migratory risk;

at the request of the foreigner or the stateless person about not putting down in the passport document of mark on crossing of frontier of Ukraine;

crossings of frontier by foreigners or stateless persons which it is regular, but at least once a week cross frontier of Ukraine if other is not established by international treaties of Ukraine.

In other cases the immigration card is not filled.

III. Procedure for filling of immigration card

1. Speak rapidly "Arrival" (IN) and "Departure" (OUT) of the immigration card are filled with the foreigner or the stateless person on each person separately, irrespective of age:

at the check point through frontier during entry into Ukraine;

in the vehicle of the international message;

in any other place in case of loading and seal of form of the immigration card from the official website of the State Border Service of Ukraine (dpsu.gov.ua).

Speak rapidly "Arrival" (IN) and "Departure" (OUT) of immigration card are filled personally with the owner of the documents granting the right to entry into Ukraine.

Filling of immigration card with person which accompanies foreigners or stateless persons which are faces with disability and/or juvenile children is allowed or cannot fill immigration card for other reasons.

2. The immigration card is filled with printing Latin letters ink or ball pen of black, blue or violet color, is legible without blots and corrections.

3. The Items "Birth date", "passport No.", "visa No.", "Year of birth of children", "No. of the vehicle (flight)" are filled with the Arab figures.

4. Having filled Items 1 - 12 parts "Arrival" and Items 1 - 5 parts "Departure", the foreigner or the person without citizenship appends the signature in Items 13 and 6 respectively.

5. Authorized officers of bodies of protection of frontier which perform issue to the foreigner or stateless person of immigration card in case of need provide explanations about procedure for its filling.

6. The immigration card moves together with the passport document to the authorized official of the State Border Service of Ukraine during crossing of frontier of Ukraine and remains the foreigner or the stateless person during the whole time of stay in the territory of Ukraine.

7. The mark "Entrance" is put down by the authorized official of the State Border Service of Ukraine in the right upper corner of parts "Arrival" and "Departure" of immigration card.
