About approval of procedures for carrying out rating vote during election of representatives of the professional organizations of auditors and accountants who are members of the International federation of accountants, in nomination committee and the commissions on certification

According to the paragraph to the fourth part one of Article 16 and the paragraph to the seventh part eight of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial records audit and auditor activities" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve such which are applied:

Procedure for carrying out rating vote during election of representatives of the professional organizations of auditors and accountants who are members of the International federation of accountants, in nomination committee;

Procedure for carrying out rating vote during election of representatives of the professional organizations of auditors and accountants who are members of the International federation of accountants, in the commission on certification.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of forecasting of budget receipts and methodology of financial accounting:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.

Procedure for carrying out rating vote during election of representatives of the professional organizations of auditors and accountants who are members of the International federation of accountants, in nomination committee

1. This Procedure is applied if total quantity of the representatives of the professional organizations of auditors and accountants delegated to nomination committee who are members of the International federation of accountants, more than three.

2. The professional organizations of auditors and accountants which are members of the International federation of accountants can delegate no more than one representative from each professional organization.

3. Rating vote is taken by persons, representatives to represent the professional organizations of auditors and accountants which are members of the International federation of accountants and which delegated to structure of nomination committee of the representatives.

4. Rating vote for election of representatives of the professional organizations of auditors and accountants who are members of the International federation of accountants is carried out to nomination committee by individual filling of voting bulletins. Participation in proxy vote is not allowed.

5. Filling of voting bulletin is performed by obligatory putting down opposite to surnames, names and middle name of all candidates of points from one to the number equal to the number of all candidates who participate in rating vote.

6. Points are put down taking into account professional competence, experience and reputation of each of candidates.

7. The rating of the candidate consists of total quantity of the points gained by it.

8. The first according to rating is the candidate who gathered the greatest number of points, the second - the candidate who gained the number of points, smaller the number of the points gained by the first candidate and so on.

9. If two and more candidates gained the identical number of points and at the same time number of such candidates exceeds quantity of vacant positions, concerning these candidates repeated rating vote according to this Procedure is taken.
