1. military service (including at the call of) in the Armed Forces, border, internal and railway troops, forming of government communication, troops of civil defense, security service and foreign intelligence created according to the legislation other military forming of the Republic of Tajikistan, the former USSR and in the Integrated Forces of the Independent States;

service in security service of the former USSR in positions of the operational structure (including the training period) leading and the commanding structure - till October 1, 1995 according to the lists of positions approved by the Minister of safety of the Republic of Tajikistan;

service in divisions of tax police, divisions of the Agency on control of drugs in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan as the employees having special ranks;

service in divisions of the Agency on control of drugs in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan as the employees having special ranks;

military service in Armed Forces (armies, troops), security service created according to the legislation other military forming, service in law-enforcement bodies (police), bodies and organizations of system of execution of criminal penalty of other State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the states which are not part of the Commonwealth with which the Republic of Tajikistan or the former USSR sign agreements (agreements) on social security providing mutual offsetting in length of service for purpose of pensions to the dismissed from service military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies (police), bodies and organizations of system of execution of criminal penalty, their service in other states (including service of the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies of bodies and organizations of system of execution of criminal penalty, these states under circumstances specified in the paragraph the twelfth this Item);

service in the Soviet guerrilla groups and connections, in parts and connections of national militia in the period of the Great Patriotic War;

service as military builders in military and construction groups (parts);

the time spent for practical flight training of the persons which are called up for military service and studying for reserve officers of aircrew in system of the former DOSAAF of the USSR and "The organization of assistance to defense" of the Republic of Tajikistan not earlier than since January 1, 1961;

time of stay in military charges - not earlier than since May 2, 1994;

service in the destructive battalions, platoons and groups of protection of the people operating in the territory of Ukraine, Belarus, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia during the period from January 1, 1944 to December 31, 1951 as the fighters who are in barracks and also in positions of command structure;

operating time of officers and faces of the commanding structure in state governing bodies, the civil ministries, departments and the organizations with their leaving on military service or in personnel (the operating reserve) of the Ministries of Internal Affairs (protection of public order) of bodies and organizations of system of execution of criminal penalty of the Republic of Tajikistan and the former USSR;

operating time of the former faces of the private and the commanding structure in bodies of Councils of People's Deputies after October 23, 1973 if these persons were dismissed from service in law-enforcement bodies of bodies and organizations of system of execution of criminal penalty in connection with their election as deputies on elective offices in bodies of Councils of People's Deputies and returned to service after the termination of powers on elective office;

operating time before transfer on service in law-enforcement bodies of bodies and organizations of system of execution of criminal penalty as workers and employees in bodies and organizations of system of execution of criminal penalty, pre-trial detention centers, transit points, medical and labor dispensaries and medical institutions of places of detention;
