About the organization and functioning of Public organization "Motor Depot of the State Office"

1. Reorganize public organization "Motor Depot of the State Office" by merging (accession) with Public organization "Motor Depot of Medical and Sanatorium and Recovery Association of the State Office".

The rights and obligations of the joining legal entity completely pass to the accepting legal entity - Public organization "Motor Depot of the State Office".

2. To transfer property of Public organization "Motor Depot of Medical and Sanatorium and Recovery Association of the State Office" to Public organization "Motor Depot of the State Office" according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.

3. To perform release of personnel in connection with reorganization of Public organization "Motor Depot of Medical and Sanatorium and Recovery Association of the State Office" according to the labor law in case of impossibility of its translation.

4. Approve the Charter of Public organization "Motor Depot of the State Office" it (is applied).

5. Establish the extreme number of staff of Public organization "Motor Depot of the State Office" in number of 155 units with the salary fund according to the legislation.

6. State office:

1) to take all measures necessary for carrying out process of reorganization according to provisions of this resolution;

2) to create the commission on cession of property, the joining legal entity who is in management;

To approve 3) in 2-month time structure of Public organization "Motor Depot of the State Office";

To develop 4) and to submit within 3-month term to the Government of the offer on modification of regulations.

7. The nomenclature of the services provided by Public organization "Motor Depot of the State Office", and rates for them affirm the Government.

8. To the agency of the state services to make necessary changes to the state registers according to the address of the owner.

9. To the Ministry of Finance, according to offers of the State office owing to reorganization of the specified legal entities to provide to the Government the draft of the order of the Government about redistribution of the assignments approved by the Law No. 289/2017 on the government budget for 2018 between the State office and organizational structures from the sphere of its competence.

Charter of Public organization "Motor Depot of the State Office"

I. General provisions

1. This Charter regulates the mission, functions and the rights of Public organization "Motor Depot of the State Office" (further - the Motor depot), and also the organization of activities, financing and property of the Motor depot, accounting and the reporting.

2. The motor depot is public organization in which the State office performs function of the founder, has seal with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Moldova, the name in state language and the treasurer accounts. The location of the Motor depot is in mun. Chisinau.

3. The motor depot is effective according to provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the laws and decisions of Parliament, presidential decrees of the Republic of Moldova, ordinances, resolutions and orders of the Government, other regulations, international treaties which party is the Republic of Moldova, and this Charter.

II. Mission, functions and rights of motor depot

5. For accomplishment of the mission the Motor depot performs the following functions:

1) providing with office road transport of heads of bodies of the public power and bodies of public administration according to the established regulations;

4) provision of services of the parking for the vehicles which are in management;

5) provision of paid services based on regulations;

6) accomplishment of other functions provided by this Charter or another regulations.

6. For accomplishment of the Motor depot functions has the right:

To request 1), according to the legislation documents and information from the central industry bodies of public management, bodies of local public authority, the companies, the organizations and organizations;

2) to cooperate with bodies of public management, bodies, the equipped functions for control, non-profit organizations and the international organizations;
