3. To provide to department of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

These rules of provision of statistical and other reporting information in the field of state registration of the rights to real estate (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 26, 2007 "About state registration of the rights to real estate" and determine procedure for provision by non-commercial joint-stock company by The Government for Citizens State corporation (further - the State corporation) and Departments of justice of areas, cities of republican value and capital (further - Departments of justice) statistical and other reporting information in the field of state registration of the rights to real estate (further - Statistical information).

Chapter 2. Procedure for provision of statistical and other reporting information in the field of state registration of the rights to real estate

the report on the imposed authority punishments on employees of the State corporation for improper execution of obligations in the sphere of state registration of the rights to real estate for the accounting period in form, according to appendix 6 to these rules;

the report on the brought criminal cases connected with activities in the sphere of state registration of the rights to real estate for the accounting period in form according to appendix 7 to these rules.
