Procedure for issue of consent in writing the owner of the highway of federal importance for the purpose of construction, reconstruction, major repair, repair which are constructions of crossing of the highway of federal importance with other highways and adjunctions of the highway of federal importance to other highway, and also the list of the documents necessary for issue of such consent

1. The procedure for issue of consent in writing by the owner of the highway of the federal importance containing technical requirements and conditions, obligatory for execution (further - consent), for the purpose of construction, reconstruction, major repair, repair which are constructions of crossing of the highway of federal importance with other highways (further - crossing) and adjunctions of the highway of federal importance to other highway (further - adjunction), and also the list of the documents necessary for consent issue establishes rules of giving by the owner of the highway and consideration by the owner of the highway of federal importance of the statement for consent provision, and also the list of the documents enclosed to the application for consent provision.

2. Consent is issued by the owner of the highway of federal importance to the owner of other highway (further - the applicant) for the purpose of construction, reconstruction, major repair, repair of crossings and (or) adjunctions.

3. In case of implementation of works on repair of crossings and (or) adjunctions the procedure of such works and amount of such works shall be approved by the applicant with owners of highways of federal importance <1>.

6. For the purpose of receipt of consent the applicant directs to the owner of the highway of federal importance the written application about consent provision (further - the statement).

The application is directed to the federal state institution subordinated to Federal Highway Agency, or to Russian Highways State-owned company concerning the highways which are in its trust management.

7. In the statement it is specified:

name of the applicant;

data on the applicant:

for physical person, including the individual entrepreneur - surname, name, middle name (in the presence); data on state registration of a person as an individual entrepreneur; identification taxpayer number; residential address; contact telephone number, fax (in the presence), e-mail address (in the presence);

for the legal entity - full name with indication of form of business; data on state registration of the legal entity; identification taxpayer number; address (location); contact telephone number, fax, e-mail address (in the presence);

structure and term of work;

cadastral numbers of the parcels of land (if the parcels of land are created and their statement on the state cadastral registration is performed);

the planned place of crossing and (or) adjunction concerning the highway of federal importance (number and the name of the highway with indication of the site in kilometers, meters and the parties (right or left);

consent effective period sufficient for construction, reconstruction, major repair, repair of crossing and (or) adjunction, but no more than three years;

method of receipt of consent (mail service, fax, e-mail).

8. Are enclosed to the application:

1) the scheme of the planned crossing and (or) adjunction on the parcels of land of right of way and roadside strip of the highway of federal importance in scale 1:500 with display:

crossings and (or) adjunctions;

borders of right of way and roadside strips (if they are established according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation) the highway of federal importance <4>;
