Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation of April 19, 2016 No. 108 "About approval of Requirements to parkings for the parking at night of the vehicles used for implementation of regular public conveyances and baggage by road transport and urban land electric transportation in the absence of the driver" (registration No. 42322) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on May 27, 2016.

1. 2. The organization of entrances of vehicles on parkings and departure from them, and also movement of vehicles on parkings shall be performed according to projects of the organization of traffic.

3. Parkings shall be:

are lit according to the requirements provided by Items 7.47 and 7.48 of the joint venture 52.13330.2011 "Construction Norms and Regulations 23-05-95 Natural and artificial lighting" <1> in case of their placement out of the building or construction in night-time;

are designated and equipped with technical means of the organization of traffic according to projects of the organization of traffic;

are arranged on the site having the capital, facilitated or transitional type of road clothes conforming to the requirements provided by Items 8.1 - 8.5, 8.7 - 8.14, 8.16, 8.17, of 8.19 - 8.38 joint ventures 34.13330.2012 "Construction Norms and Regulations 2.05.02-85 * "Highways" <1>, in case of their placement out of the building or construction, except for parkings for trams;
