WE ORDER:

1. Approve Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education, semiprecious stones (further - Licensed conditions), are applied.

2. To management of licensing of Head department of registration and licensing Gospredprinimatelstva of Ukraine (Ivanchenko O. B.), to Management of non-ferrous and precious metals of Gosprompolitiki of Ukraine (Katunin V. M.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To management of ensuring work of the chairman Gosprompolitiki of Ukraine (Pop Cherkasov I. I.) and to Administration of Gosprompolitiki of Ukraine (Shistko Yu. G.) provide the publication of this order in mass media.

4. Declare invalid the order of Licensed chamber of Ukraine and the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine of 31.03.99 N27/131 "About Approval of the Instruction about Conditions and Rules of Implementation of Business Activity (Licensed Conditions) on Production of Precious Metals and Gemstones and Control of Their Observance" registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.04.99 for N238/3531.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman Gospredprinimatelstva of Ukraine Tretyakov S. I. and vice-chairman Gosprompolitiki of Ukraine of Grishchenko S. G.

Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on production of precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education, semiprecious stones

1. General provisions

1.1. These Licensed conditions are developed according to the Laws of Ukraine "About state regulation of production, production and use of precious metals and gemstones and control of transactions with them", "About licensing of certain types of economic activity".

1.2. Licensed conditions establish qualification, organizational, production and other requirements of implementation of economic activity on production of precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education, semiprecious stones.

1.3. Licensed conditions are obligatory for all business entities performing production of precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education, semiprecious stones.

1.4. The terms determined in these Licensed conditions are used in such value:

a) production of precious metals - withdrawal of precious metals from subsoil, waste of mining and processing or metallurgical production (enrichment tails, dumps, slags, slimes, candle ends) by all possible methods.

Treat methods of production of precious metals:

- all types of enrichment of ore;

- metallurgical conversion of the dressed ore;

- receipt of precious metals in pure form (the ingots of metals certified on state standards);

The license for production of precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education, semiprecious stones is the document of the state sample granting the right to business entity on implementation within the territory of Ukraine of specific type or all work types provided by item 1.5 of these Licensed conditions on the location specified in the license.

1.7. Gosprompolitiki of Ukraine creates the licensed commission for consideration of questions on licensing. The regulations on the commission and its structure affirm Gosprompolitiki's order of Ukraine.

1.8. Licenses for implementation of economic activity on production of precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education, semiprecious stones are issued to Gosprompolitiki of Ukraine signed by the vice-chairman of committee - the chairman of the licensed commission. The signature is certified by seal by Gosprompolitiki of Ukraine.

1.9. For receipt of the license the business entity submits the application for licensing to Gosprompolitiki of Ukraine (appendix 1).

1.10. Documents are accepted according to the inventory which copy is issued to the applicant (appendix 2).

1.11. For receipt of the copy of the license, the duplicate of the license or in case of renewal of the license the business entity submits to Gosprompolitiki of Ukraine the application according to appendices 3, of 4, 5.
