1. Approve the enclosed list of the objects prohibited to transfer by mail.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

The list of the objects prohibited to transfer by mail

1. The objects prohibited to transfer by mail in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Manual military weapon shooting and cold, civil, office, the ammunition, special technical means of double application completing for them. *

2. Drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors.

3. Nuclear materials, radioactive, strong, caustic, explosive and flammable materials, blasting agents, fireworkers and other dangerous substances.

4. Poisons, poisonous animals, substances, plants and seeds.

5. National currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan and foreign currency. **

6. The printing editions, graphic materials, film, photo, audio-and video records containing promotion or propaganda of violent change of the constitutional system, violation of integrity of the Republic of Kazakhstan, undermining safety of the state, war, social, racial, national, religious, class and patrimonial superiority, cult of cruelty, violence and pornography.

7. Perishable products of food.

11. Coins, bank notes, bank notes or any values to bearer, travel checks, precious metals and stones, and also products from them (in letters and sending without the announced value).
