About introduction of the temporary moratorium on introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses, the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations, the Code of penal procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Penitentiary code of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Suspend initiation by state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic of projects of the regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic providing modification in till January 1, 2020:

- Criminal code of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- The code of the Kyrgyz Republic about offenses;

- The code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations;

2. Action of Item 1 of this Order of the Government does not extend to projects of the regulatory legal acts providing introduction of amendments to the above-named codes in part:

- reductions in compliance with the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- execution of decisions of the Constitutional chamber of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- realization of the Safe City component of the Smart City project, on condition of observance of conceptual bases of the undertaken judicial and legal reform in the Kyrgyz Republic;

- changes of the prescriptive limits connected with establishment and compensation of the caused damage;

- removal of obstacles which can arise during law-enforcement practice (elimination of collisions and gaps).

3. This Resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
