Determine that if concerning persons which are shareholders (participants) of the managing company determined according to the Federal Law "About Investment Funds" (further - managing company), and also persons, under control or considerable influence of which there is managing company, the measures of restrictive nature entered by foreign state, national association and (or) the union and (or) the public (interstate) institution of foreign state or national association and (or) union are effective or if specified persons are the credit institutions referred to category of authorized banks according to the Federal Law "About the State Defense Order" that such managing company has the right to make the decision not to perform and perform in narrow structure and amount disclosure to the unrestricted group of people of the Russian Federation represented to the Central bank according to the Federal Law "About Investment Funds" of information on structure and shareholding structure (participants) of managing company, including on persons, under control or considerable influence of which there is this managing company.

2. Information, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, is not subject to disclosure in case of the submission by managing company to the Central bank of the Russian Federation of information on decision making specified in Item 1 of this resolution.
