2. Determine the main object of activity of the company implementation of activities in the field of sport.
3. To provide to committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the charter of the company;
2) the state re-registration of the company in judicial authorities;
3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.
4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2015 No. 1193 "About wages system of civil servants, employees of the organizations containing at the expense of means of the government budget, employees of the state companies" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 87-88, 631) the following change:
