About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 11, 2015 No. 2268/5
According to Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, I ORDER:
1. Bring in the List of departments of state registration of acts of civil status of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine given in appendix 1 to the Procedure for putting down of apostille on the official documents issued by judicial authorities and courts and also on documents which are processed by notaries of Ukraine, to No. 2268/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 11, 2015 No. 1419/27864 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 11, 2015 (with changes), such changes:
1) the words "The Vladimir-Volynsk City Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in the Volynsk Region" shall be replaced with words "The Vladimir-Volynsk gorrayonny department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in the Volynsk region";
2) the words "Kovelsky City Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in the Volynsk Region" shall be replaced with words "Kovelsky gorrayonny department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in the Volynsk region";
3) the words "The Berdyansk City Department of State Registration of Acts of Civil Status of the Head Territorial Administration of Justice in the Zaporizhia Region" shall be replaced with words "The Berdyansk gorrayonny department of state registration of acts of civil status of the Head territorial administration of justice in the Zaporizhia region";
