1. General provisions

1. Production and realization of oil products by vendors of oil products is allowed in the presence of the survey meters of accounting providing the automated information transfer to authorized body about production volumes and realization of oil products (accounting daleepribor).

2. Authorized body is the state body determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, performing state regulation of production and turnover of oil products within the competence determined by the Law.

3. As metering devices the special devices performing continuous measurement and remote transfer, processing, storage and issue (indication) of necessary information on production volumes and realization of oil products are used.

4. Installation of metering devices is performed by vendors of oil products.

5. In case of installation of metering devices the following requirements of regulating documents of authorized body for standardization, metrology and certification are observed:

1) the metering device shall undergo the procedure of testing for the purpose of approval of type or metrological certification and its type shall be registered in the register of state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the metering device shall be confided in the procedure established by the legislation.

6. Vendors of oil products need to provide the automated transfer to authorized body of information on production volumes and realization of oil products.

7. Information obtained from metering devices is entered to the single electronic database of production and turnover of oil products of authorized body.

8. In case of absence and (or) defect of metering devices production and the realization of oil products by vendors of oil products is not enabled.
