According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 365 "About departmental incentive differences", for the purpose of encouragement and rewarding of personal labor achievements in professional activity, for special merits during execution of service duties of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Establish departmental incentive differences of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine:

1) Gratitude of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine;

2) Certificate of honor of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine.

2. Approve Regulations on departmental incentive differences of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine which is applied.

3. To provide to management of development of the information sphere submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine of February 6, 2013 No. 24 "About establishment of departmental incentive distinctions of Goskomteleradio of Ukraine and approval of the Regulations on them", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 26, 2013 for No. 317/22849.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Regulations on departmental incentive differences of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine

I. General provisions

1. This Provision developed according to the Regulations on departmental incentive differences approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 365, determines procedure rewarding with departmental incentive differences of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine.

2. For the purpose of encouragement and rewarding of personal labor achievements in professional activity of workers of the device of Goskomteleradio, the companies, organizations, the organizations falling within the scope of management of Goskomteleradio the following departmental incentive differences are established (further - departmental awards):

1) Gratitude of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine (further - Gratitude) which description and the sketch are given respectively in appendices 1, 2 to this Provision;

2) the Certificate of honor of the State committee of television and broadcasting of Ukraine (further - the Certificate of honor) which description and the sketch are given respectively in appendices 3, 4 to this Provision.

3. Rewarding with departmental awards is performed in such sequence:

Gratitude;

Certificate of honor.

4. Rewarding with departmental awards is made not earlier than in year after the previous commemoration.

5. Employees of the companies, organizations and the organizations belonging to the sphere of management of Goskomteleradio are marked out departmental distinctions, as a rule, if the encouragement measures provided by employment policies and procedures of the company were applied to them earlier (organizations, the organizations).

6. Gratitude and the Certificate of honor mark out workers of the device of Goskomteleradio, and also the companies, organizations and the organizations belonging to the sphere of management of Goskomteleradio for significant personal deposit in development of television and broadcasting, information and publishing spheres, high achievements in work, model execution of service duties.

To rewarding with the Certificate of honor persons having length of service in this body (at the companies, in organizations, the organizations) can be provided at least one year.

Persons which are marked out by the Certificate of honor can be provided to it repeatedly not earlier than in three years.

7. Persons specified in Item 6 of this Section can be noted by departmental awards also after retirement.

8. The number of persons which can be noted by departmental awards within calendar year cannot exceed:

Gratitude - 100;

The certificate of honor - 50.

II. Procedure for representation to rewarding with departmental awards

1. Nomination of candidates for rewarding with departmental awards is performed, as a rule, publicly in labor collective on principle place of employment of persons.

2. Ideas of rewarding of workers of the device of Goskomteleradio enter addressed to the chief of staff of Goskomteleradio heads of structural divisions of the device of Goskomteleradio.

Ideas of rewarding of employees of the companies, organizations and organizations belonging to the sphere of management of Goskomteleradio enter addressed to the Chairman Goskomteleradio vice-chairmen of Goskomteleradio, heads of structural divisions of the device of Goskomteleradio, heads of the state companies, organizations and organizations belonging to the sphere of management of Goskomteleradio.
