About indexation of basic part of pensions which general amount is lower than the size of subsistence minimum of the pensioner who developed for previous year since October 1, 2018

For the purpose of ensuring further support of living standards of pensioners, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Index since October 1, 2018 basic part of the pensions granted till October 1, 2018 according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" which general size is lower than the size of subsistence minimum of the pensioner who developed for previous year taking into account growth of the average salary for 2017 to the average salary for 2016 on 105,5 of percent or for 100 som.

2. To social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- finance expenses on indexation of basic part of pensions since October 1, 2018 in the amount of 73049800 (seventy three million forty nine thousand eight hundred) som in 2018 on the terms of compensation from means of the republican budget in 2019;

- provide timely recalculation of basic part of pensions and their payment in new sizes.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide in the republican budget for 2019 money in the amount of 73049800 (seventy three million forty nine thousand eight hundred) som provided from funds of the national social insurance for indexation of basic part of pensions since October 1, 2018 and to provide their compensation to Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic till April 1, 2019.

4. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on department of social development, department of finance and credit policy of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This Resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since October 1, 2018.
