1. Determine that:

a) if concerning persons which are shareholders of non-state pension fund and persons, under control or considerable influence of which there is non-state pension fund, the measures of restrictive nature entered by foreign state, national association and (or) the union and (or) the public (interstate) institution of foreign state or national association and (or) union are effective, the non-state pension fund has the right to make the decision not to perform and perform in narrow structure and amount disclosure to the unrestricted group of people of the Russian Federation represented to the Central bank according to the Federal Law "About Non-state Pension Funds" of information on structure and shareholding structure of non-state pension fund, including on persons, under control or considerable influence of which there is non-state pension fund;

b) if concerning persons which are shareholders (participants) of the managing company performing investment of means of pension accruals the measures of restrictive nature entered by foreign state, national association and (or) the union and (or) the public (interstate) institution of foreign state or national association and (or) union are effective, the managing company has the right to make the decision not to perform and perform in narrow structure and amount disclosure to the unrestricted group of people of the Russian Federation represented to the Central bank according to the Federal Law "About Non-state Pension Funds" of information on structure and shareholding structure (participants) of managing company.

2. Information provided by the subitem "an" of Item 1 of this resolution is not subject to disclosure in case of submission by non-state pension fund to the Central bank of the Russian Federation of information on the made decision specified in the subitem "an" of Item 1 of this resolution.

Information provided by the subitem "b" of Item 1 of this resolution is not subject to disclosure in case of submission by the managing company performing investment of means of pension accruals to the Central bank of the Russian Federation of information on the made decision specified in the subitem "b" of Item 1 of this resolution.
