1. Approve "The amounts of the state fees for 2018 for state registration of agreements on alienation of cars by physical persons" (appendix No. 1).
2. Approve "The amounts of the state fees for 2018 for registration of mobile devices" (appendix No. 2).

Appendix No. 1
1.1. This regulatory legal act (further - the act) is prepared in connection with execution of subitem 1.3.1 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 12, 2018 No. 1187-VQD "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state fee" and modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 26, 2001 No. 621 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state fee" of June 26, 2018 No. 149 and according to article 18.65.3-1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state fee" determines the sums of the state fee for state registration of agreements on alienation of vehicles in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic (further - state registration of cars) physical persons in 2018.
1.2. The sums of the state fee for state registration of cars are determined taking into account year of production of cars and engine displacement.
1.3. For the purposes of this act the car is meant as the vehicle with quantity landing in places no more than nine including seat of the driver.
1.4. Other concepts used in this act express the values provided by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state fee" and other regulatory legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic.
2.1. The state fee for state registration of cars is established in the following amounts:

2.2.2. to cars with year of production from 4 to 10 years - 0,8;
2.2.3. to cars with year of production over 10 years - 0,3.
"Note. Changes are made to this regulatory legal act according to the Item 2.6-1 "Regulations on Procedure for Preparation and Adoption of Regulatory Legal Acts of Executive Bodies", No. 772 approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 24, 2002.".

1.1. This regulatory legal act (further - the act) is prepared in connection with execution of subitem 1.3.1 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 12, 2018 No. 1187-VQD "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state fee" and modification of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 26, 2001 No. 621 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state fee" of June 26, 2018 No. 149 and according to article 33-5 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state fee" determines the sums of the state fee for registration of the mobile devices imported into the country by physical persons for personal use (further - the mobile device), except for mobile devices, drawn up with deduction of the state fee and value added tax when importing by legal entities and physical persons for the purpose of sale and other business activity in 2018.
