2. Recognize invalid:

3. Realization of the powers provided by this resolution is performed by Federal Service for Labour and Employment within the number of employees of central office and territorial authorities of Service and budgetary appropriations provided by it in the federal budget on management and management in the sphere of the established functions established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.

5. Accreditation of private employment agencies on the right of implementation of activities for provision of work of workers (personnel), data on whom are entered in the register of accredited private employment agencies before entry into force of this resolution, keeps the action before the expiration on which she was presented.

Rules of accreditation of private employment agencies on the right of implementation of activities for provision of work of workers (personnel)

I. General provisions

1. These rules establish procedure for accreditation of private employment agencies - the legal entities registered in the territory of the Russian Federation, who are not the subjects of entrepreneurship applying special tax regimes on the right of implementation of activities for provision of work of workers (personnel) (further respectively - accreditation, private employment agencies).

Accreditation is carried out by territorial authority of Federal Service for Labour and Employment (further - accreditation body) in the location of private employment agency.

2. Requirements of accreditation to which there shall correspond the private employment agency are:

a) availability of the authorized capital in the amount of at least 1 million rubles;

b) absence of debt on tax payment, charges and other obligatory payments in budgets of the budget system of the Russian Federation;
