3. To provide to committee on information security of the Ministry of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on accomplishment of the actions provided in subitems 1), 2), 3), 4) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Certification of Information System, Information and Communication Platform of " the Electronic Government " and Internet Resource of State Body on Compliance to Requirements of Information Security" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of the defense and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears Committee on information security of the Ministry and the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The public technical service" of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Service provider). Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service are performed through office of Committee on information security of the Ministry.

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Term of rendering the state service:

1) from the moment of delivery of document package to the Service provider - 51 (fifty one) working days;

2) the most allowed time of expectation in queue in case of application with the enclosed documents - 15 minutes;

3) the most allowed time of servicing of uslugopoluchatel - 15 minutes.

Result of rendering the state service: the certificate of compliance of information system, information and communication platform of "the electronic government" and Internet resource of state body to requirements of information security (further - the certificate) or the motivated answer about refusal in rendering the state service in cases and on the bases provided in Item 10 of the standard of the state service.

7. The state service is rendered on paid basis based on the contract with the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The public technical service" of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on rendering services in certification inspection at the prices established by bodies of homeland security according to Item 2 of article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About informatization".
