According to resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 27, 2017 No. PP-2800 "About measures for streamlining of the mechanism of development, standardization, approval and production of uniform of the ministries, departments and organizations of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 25, 2017 No. 310 "About approval of the Regulations on the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection", and also for the purpose of creation of single sample of regimentals of workers of system of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

samples of uniform and signs of distinction of workers of system of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection according to appendix No. 1;

the description of uniform and signs of distinction of workers of system of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection according to appendix No. 2.

2. Take into consideration that ensuring with uniform and signs of distinction does not extend to employees of the subordinated state unitary enterprises of system of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection.

3. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection:

in a month to approve regulations on procedure for wearing uniform and signs of distinction of workers of system of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection;

in accordance with the established procedure to hold the competitive (tender) auction among domestic manufacturers on tailoring of uniform.

4. Determine sources of financing of expenses by acquisition of uniform and signs of distinction extrabudgetary funds of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of the board of JSC Uzbekiston temir yullari A. Zh.
