Some questions of creation of the resource centers of support of inclusive education and inclusive and resource centers
According to Item 3-1 of article 48 of the Law of Ukraine "About general secondary education" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the resource center of support of inclusive education which are applied.
2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

General part
1. This Provision determines procedure for creation of the resource center of support of inclusive education (further - the center of support of inclusive education), the basic principles of its activities, legal status, and also procedure for its termination.
2. In the activities the center of support of inclusive education is guided by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Convention on the rights of persons with disability, the Laws of Ukraine "About education", "About general secondary education", "About preschool education", other acts of the legislation and this Provision.
3. The centers of support of inclusive education are formed in areas, Kiev and Sevastopol.
4. The center of support of inclusive education is not legal entity and is created according to the decision of the head of organization of post-qualifying pedagogical education as structural division of such organization.
5. In the activities the center of support of inclusive education submits to the head of organization of post-qualifying pedagogical education.
Tasks of the center of support of inclusive education
6. The main objectives of the center of support of inclusive education are:
1) implementation of methodical and analytical ensuring activities of the inclusive and resource centers;
2) methodical ensuring training and advanced training of pedagogical employees of the inclusive and resource centers, organizations of education for training of children with special educational needs;
3) implementation of analytical and prognostic activities for the organization of training of children with special educational needs in the respective area, Kiev and Sevastopol;
4) carrying out data analysis of the register of children who underwent complex psychology and pedagogical development evaluation of the child (further - complex assessment) and Kiev and Sevastopol in the consent of parents (one of parents) or legal representatives on processing of personal data of the minor child stay on the registry in the inclusive and resource centers in the respective area;
5) increase in level of awareness of the public on children with special educational needs, including with disability, prevention of discrimination, forming of the positive attitude towards such children and their parents.
7. The center of support of inclusive education according to the tasks assigned to it:
1) is performed by increase in professional competence of pedagogical employees of the inclusive and resource centers, organizations of education for training of children with special educational needs by the organization and holding, in particular, trainings, seminars, webinars;
