According to Article 132, Item 1 of Article 145 and article 180 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About subsoil and subsurface use", the subitem 2) Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) report form about goods purchased, works and services, and also amount of intra country value in them according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) report form about intra country value in personnel according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) report form about expenses on financing of training of the Kazakhstan personnel according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) report form about expenses on research, scientific and technical and developmental works according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) report form about execution of licensed contractual terms according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) report form about execution of licensed contractual terms under agreements (contracts) on the Section of products according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) report form about execution of contractual terms on uranium according to appendix 7 to this order;

8) report form about the list of persons and (or) the organizations directly or indirectly controlling the subsoil user according to appendix 8 to this order;

23) report form about monthly information on movement of oil on the terminal according to appendix 23 to this order;

24) report form about daily information on production of associated and natural gas according to appendix 24 to this order;

25) report form about the actual monthly production of associated and natural gas according to appendix 25 to this order;

26) report form about monthly information on movement of associated and natural gas according to appendix 26 to this order;

27) report form about annual information according to the plan of production of associated and natural gas according to appendix 27 to this order;

28) Rules of submission of reports when carrying out exploration and production of hydrocarbons, implementing transactions in the sphere of production and turnover of oil and (or) sour gas, uranium, carrying out trial production and production of uranium according to appendix 28 to this order;

29) form of the quarterly reporting under designing (engineering) according to appendix 29 to this order.

2. To provide to department of subsurface use of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since June 29, 2018 and is subject to official publication.
