2. Determine that decisions on compliance of medical professional non-profit organizations, their associations (unions) to the criteria approved by this resolution are accepted by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in the procedure established by it.

3. To the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation to approve procedure for decision making in 3-month time, specified in Item 2 of this resolution.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2012 No. 907 "About approval of criteria, in case of compliance to which medical professional non-profit organizations implementation of separate functions can be transferred in the sphere of protection of public health in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 38, the Art. 5119).

Criteria, on condition of compliance to which medical professional non-profit organizations, their associations (unions) implementation of separate functions can be transferred in the sphere of protection of public health in the Russian Federation

unite more than 50 percent of the medical professional non-profit organizations provided by part 3 of article 76 of the Federal law "About Bases of Protection of Public Health in the Russian Federation" in the structure;
