considered in meeting without carrying out hearing case on check of constitutionality of paragraphs two, the third, tenth and twelfth subitem "an" of Item 2 of article 24 of the Federal law "About Conscription and Military Service".

Reason for consideration of the case was the request of Leninsky district court of the city of St. Petersburg.
