About some questions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center for prevention and fight about AIDS" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Research skin and venereologic institute" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan by merge into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The Kazakh scientific center of dermatology and infectious diseases" of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the company) with introduction of the supervisory board.
2. Determine:
1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the main object of activity of the company implementation of activities in the field of health care.
3. To provide to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) introduction on approval into Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the charter of the company;
2) state registration of the company in judicial authorities;
3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.
4. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 13, 2011 No. 511 "About approval of the list of the organizations which are subjects of basic financing" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 38, the Art. 461):
in the list of the organizations which are subjects of basic financing, approved by the specified resolution:
in the Section "Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
132, to state line, sequence number in the following edition:
132. Republican state company "Kazakh Scientific Center of Dermatology and Infectious Diseases"
2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 17, 2017 No. 71 "About some questions of the Ministries of Health and national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2017, No. 6, Art. 41.):
