Determine that operation of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 2013 No. 975 "About approval of the Procedure for appointment and payment of the disposable monetary assistance in case of death (death), disability or partial disability without establishment of disability of the military personnel, persons liable for call-up and reservists who are called on educational (or checking) and special charges or for service in war reserve" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 6, by Art. 161; 2017, No. 43, of the Art. 1341, No. 94, the Art. 2845) extends also to foreigners and persons without citizenship who on legal causes pass military service in Armed Forces under the contract.
