1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Euroasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 №54) concerning raw materials fur and fur and tanned or dressed fur skins according to appendix.
2. Notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 54) to add No. with the note 22C of the following content:
"22C) the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 7, 2018 №146 for 30.09.2020 inclusive.".
3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
