About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About social guarantees to persons holding the state positions"

Article 1. "About social guarantees to persons holding the state positions" (further - the Law) to state heading of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of February 4, 2014 to No. ZR-1 in the following edition: "About ensuring activities, servicing and social guarantees of officials", and after heading to add the Law with Chapter of 1 following content:

"Chapter 1. Social guarantees to persons holding the state positions and members of their families".

Article 2. To recognize article 1 of the Law invalid.

Article 3. In article 2 of the Law:

1) in part 1:

2. 2) person staying as the member of the Supreme judicial council elected by National assembly, at least one constitutional term - in case of achievement of 65-year age;

2. 3) person staying in judgeship of the international court operating with participation of the Republic of Armenia, at least one term - in case of achievement of 65-year age;";
