1. This Provision determines procedure for issue, accounting and cancellation of permission to installation of toning (blackout) to glasses of passenger vehicles by divisions by Public service of traffic safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - GSBDD).
2. In this Provision the following basic concepts are used:
the owner of the passenger vehicle - the legal entity or physical person owning the passenger vehicle on the property right or other corporeal rights;
the applicant - physical person or legal entity of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the foreign citizen or the stateless person having the residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan or the national passport of the foreign citizen with mark of law-enforcement bodies about the place of permanent or temporary registration, representation or the legal entity of foreign state which performs activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan, addressed for receipt of permission to installation of toning (blackout) on glasses belonging to it the passenger vehicle (categories M1);
permission - the document granting the right to installation of toning (blackout) on glasses of passenger vehicles, issued by divisions of GSBDD.
3. Issue of permissions are performed by registration and examination divisions (department, department, Item) of managements of traffic safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Main Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Tashkent and the Departments of Internal Affairs of areas (further - the GSBDD territorial subdivisions).
Each GSBDD territorial subdivision performs issue of permission to installation of toning (blackout) on glasses of the passenger vehicles registered in the territory serviced by this division.
