About approval of the Method of calculation of normative losses of natural gas at the companies of gas economy of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of ensuring transparency of regulation of the gas industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Method of calculation of normative losses of natural gas at the companies of gas economy of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Technique) according to appendix.

2. Recommend to the companies of gas economy to use in the Kyrgyz Republic the Technique when calculating normative losses of natural gas.

3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of the industry of fuel and energy complex and subsurface use of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
