1. Approve:

report forms about activities of non-profit organization, staff of governing bodies, and also about the purposes of expenditure of money and uses of other property including received from foreign states, their state bodies, the international and foreign organizations, foreign citizens, stateless persons or persons authorized by them and (or) from the Russian legal entities receiving money and other property from the specified sources (appendix No. 1);

report form about amount of money and other property, the persons and (or) the Russian legal entities receiving money and other property from the specified sources received by public association from foreign states, their state bodies, the international and foreign organizations, foreign citizens, stateless persons or authorized by them about the purposes of expenditure of this money and uses of other property and about their actual expenditure and use (appendix No. 2);

report form about activities of the religious organization, staff of governing bodies, the purposes of expenditure of money and uses of other property including received from the international and foreign organizations, foreign citizens, stateless persons about their actual expenditure (use) (appendix No. 3);

report forms of structural division of foreign non-profit non-governmental organization about amount of the money received by this structural division and other property, their expected distribution, about the purposes of their expenditure or use and about their actual expenditure or use, about the programs assumed for implementation in the territory of the Russian Federation, and also about expenditure provided to physical persons and legal entities of the specified money and about use of other property provided to them (appendix No. 4).

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation of 29.03.2010 No. 72 "About approval of forms of the reporting of non-profit organizations" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 09.04. 2010, registration No. 16857).
