1. Approve the enclosed Rules of coordination by customers - the state corporations, state-owned companies, economic societies in which authorized capital share of the Russian Federation exceeds 50 percent, affiliated economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares belong to the specified legal entities, of purchases of the goods determined according to part 6 of article 3.1-1 of the Federal law "About Purchases of Goods, Works, Services as Separate Types of Legal Entities", and also purchases which subject are performance of works rendering services, lease (including chartering, finance lease) which conditions provide use of these goods, with coordinating body of the Government of the Russian Federation in coordination of purchases of customers.

2. Determine that the Rules approved by this resolution are applied in the relation:

purchases of the goods included in inventories which purchases with the starting (maximum) price of the agreement exceeding the size established by the Government of the Russian Federation cannot be performed by customers - the state corporations, state-owned companies, economic societies in which authorized capital share of the Russian Federation exceeds 50 percent, affiliated economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares belong to the specified legal entities, without coordination with coordinating body of the Government of the Russian Federation in coordination of purchases of customers of operational characteristics of these goods and (or) possibility of implementation of such purchases outside the territory of the Russian Federation;

purchases which subject are performance of works rendering services, lease (including chartering, finance lease) which conditions provide use of the goods included in the specified lists and (or) possibilities of implementation of such purchases outside the territory of the Russian Federation.

3. Determine the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation the federal executive body providing preparation of coordination with coordinating body of the Government of the Russian Federation in coordination of purchases of customers of the purchases specified in Item 2 of this resolution.

a) the goods are included in the inventories specified in part 6 of article 3.1-1 of the Federal law "About Purchases of Goods, Works, Services as Separate Types of Legal Entities" (further - lists);

a) description of goods and its code according to the All-Russian Product Classifier by types of economic activity (OKPD2) of OK 034-2014 (KPES 2008);

b) operational characteristics, approximate quantity and estimated price of goods (commodity unit);

c) estimated price of the agreement, the planned terms of its conclusion (year) and execution (year);

d) expected term (frequency) of implementation of purchase;

e) nature of implementation of purchases (regular, repeating or one-time);

e) the information about expected suppliers and producers (in the presence of these data);
