RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

of August 31, 2018 No. 632

About establishment of the size of the tariff charge of the first category and wages increase to separate employee categories

(as amended on 01-04-2019)

Based on part one of Article 61 and Article 63 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish:

1.1. ceased to be valid;

1.2. increase in the tariff charges (salaries) to the following employees of state-financed organizations:

to pedagogical workers (including persons from among the faculty) - for 20 percent, to assistants to tutors - for 25 percent;

to the pharmaceutical workers having the higher pharmaceutical education - for 75 percent;

to the pharmaceutical workers having secondary vocational pharmaceutical education - for 40 percent;

to the employees of the organizations of health care, the medical scientific organizations performing medical activities (except for the organizations exercising the state sanitary inspection) borrowing:

positions of the chemist conducting the chemist, the biologist conducting the biologist for accomplishment of complex multi-stage molecular and biological researches, immunofermental researches, researches in the field of cellular medicine - for 100 percent;

positions of the medical physicist conducting the medical physicist, the engineer conducting the engineer for performance of works on synthesis, the pharmakopeyny analysis and radiation control of radio pharmaceutical medicines, servicing and operation of the medical diagnostic equipment for radiodiagnosis, devices and computer systems for planning, realization and providing quality assurance of radiation therapy - for 100 percent;

1.3. monthly surcharges to the following employees of state-financed organizations:

to the specialists doctors including who are heads - in the amount of 24 percent of salary;

to the health workers having secondary vocational medical education - in the amount of 16 percent of salary;

to the pharmaceutical workers having secondary vocational pharmaceutical education - in the amount of 1 percent of salary.

2. To provide to republican state bodies, local executive and administrative organs, heads of state-financed organizations recalculation of the salary of workers according to this resolution.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 1, 2018 No. 172 "About establishment of the size of the tariff charge of the first category for compensation of employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 08.03. 2018, 5/44904).

4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2018, except for subitem 1.1 of Item 1 and Item 3, becoming effective since October 1, 2018.
