ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF TAJIKISTAN

About rates of import customs duties of the Republic of Tajikistan

(as amended on 02-09-2021)

According to Article 341 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan, article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve rates of import customs duties according to appendix 1.

2. Set free trade regime and apply zero rate of import customs duty in case of commodity importation, coming from state members of the Agreement on the free trade area of October 18, 2011.

3. Set free trade regime and apply zero rate of customs duty in case of commodity import from the countries with which bilateral agreements about free trade, except for the goods withdrawn from free trade regime are signed.

4. Enter preferences and establish rate of import customs duty in the amount of fifty percent from the approved rates in case of commodity importation coming from the least developed countries according to appendix 2.

5. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Secretariat of the World Trade Organization and Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on adoption of this resolution.

6. Recognize invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 25, 2003 as No. 450 "About customs tariff of the Republic of Tajikistan".

7. Enact this resolution after its official publication.
