1. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to allocate Fonda of cultural development and art under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Fund) in 2018 to 16,0 of billion bags from the means of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan arriving from realization of the property turned into the income of the state for accomplishment of the tasks assigned to Fund, including for acquisition of the works of fine and applied art created in days of independence and having high art value.

2. Take into consideration that Council of Fund within execution of the tasks assigned to it approves the forecast of the income and expenses of Fund for 2018 for the purpose of implementation of the planned projects of Fund, the staff list and expense budget on the current content of Executive directorate of Fund and Public institution Uzbekkontsert for 2018, and also regulations on payment terms of work, material stimulation and social protection of employees of Executive directorate of Fund of culture and art and Public institution Uzbekkontsert.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 11, 2019 No. 485

4. To provide to executive directorate of Fund effective and target use of the allocated funds it is strict in compliance sutverzhdayemy Council of Fund the profit and loss budget.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Cultural Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sayfullayev B. S. and Information analysis department concerning culture, art and youth policy of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
