About classification of the hydraulic perforator according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to paragraph one of Item 1 of Article 22 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union the Board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. The hydraulic perforator representing the mechanical power node of the self-propelled drilling rig consisting of the hydraulic engine, hydraulic cylinder and the hydroaccumulator, intended for transformation of pressure force of the hydraulic liquid received from hydraulic system of the drilling rig to the shock and rotary motion transferred to the boring tool according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1, the note 2 (a) to the Section XVI of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union is classified in goods item 8412 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (examples of images of the hydraulic perforator are given in appendix).

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
