1. The specialized foodstuff in the form of powder or the concentrated liquid consisting of mix of amino acids or plant extracts with addition of vitamins, micro and (or) macrocells, containing excipients, intended for the balanced amendment to food of the person, requiring before the use of additional preparation (cultivations by water), according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 is classified in goods item 2106 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. The specialized foodstuff in the form of liquid consisting of mix of proteins, vegetable oils, carbohydrates with addition of vitamins, micro and (or) macrocells, containing excipients, intended for the balanced amendment to food of the person, directly used as drink, according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 is classified in goods item 2202 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
