1. Approve the enclosed Rules of realization of general process "Use of databases of the documents processed by authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, in case of regulation of foreign and mutual trade, including the customs transactions represented when making for the purposes of confirmation of observance of prohibitions and restrictions".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

Rules of realization of general process "Use of databases of the documents processed by authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, in case of regulation of foreign and mutual trade, including the customs transactions represented when making for the purposes of confirmation of observance of prohibitions and restrictions"

I. General provisions

1. These rules determine requirements to realization of general process "Use of databases of the documents processed by authorized bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, in case of regulation of foreign and mutual trade, including the customs transactions represented when making for the purposes of confirmation of observance of prohibitions and restrictions" (further – general process), and also the purposes of realization and task of general process, the functions performed in case of realization of general process by his participants, used and the created information resources, features of information exchange and the list of the actions directed to its realization.

2. Realization of general process is stipulated in Item 1 list of general processes within the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Board of the Euroasian economic commission of April 14, 2015 №29 (further – the list of general processes).

Within general process information exchange in the spheres specified in the list of general processes is implemented.

These rules are the basis for accomplishment of process design and work planning on organizational technical supply of realization of general process.

3. For the purposes of these rules concepts which mean the following are used:

"documents" – the documents processed by authorized bodies (organizations) of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union in case of regulation of foreign and mutual trade, including represented when making customs transactions for the purposes of confirmation of observance of prohibitions and restrictions;

"the interested body" – the state body (organization) of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union determined according to the right of the Eurasian Economic Union as body by which when implementing information exchange within general process electronic documents, and (or) data on documents, and (or) data from documents can be received;

"national information resource" – the information resource containing electronic documents, and (or) data on documents, and (or) data from documents, and placed in national segment of the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union or within information system of authorized body of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union;

"general information resource" – the information resource of the Eurasian economic commission created on the basis of information exchange of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Eurasian economic commission, containing electronic documents, and (or) data on documents, and (or) data from documents, and placed in integration segment of the integrated information system of the Eurasian Economic Union;

"the general list of sources of information" – the information resource of the Eurasian economic commission containing information on national information resource and general information resources;
