1. Approve the enclosed Provision of republican public institution "Committee of highways of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. To provide to committee of highways of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) within ten calendar days from the date of approval of this order the direction it the copy on paper and electronically in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after approval of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

Provision of republican public institution "Committee of highways of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. Republican public institution "Committee of highways of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - Committee) is the department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry) performing regulating and realizable functions, and also participating in accomplishment of strategic functions of the Ministry in the field of highways.

2. The committee performs the activities according to the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, and also this Provision.

Functions:

1) implementation of regulating and realizable functions and participation in accomplishment of strategic functions of the Ministry within competence of Committee;

2) implementation of international cooperation within the competence;

3) ensuring compliance with the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of mobilization preparation and mobilization;

4) ensuring compliance with the laws and other regulatory legal acts in the field of homeland security;

5) accomplishment of obligations according to the international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) coordination of names and indexes of highways public of regional value;

5) coordination of the list of highways public of regional value;

6) financing of National operator within accomplishment of the state task;
