1. Approve the enclosed Rules of determination of cool qualification as the serviceman of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To provide to department of combat training of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of the copy of this order in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in paper and electronic types in the Kazakh and Russian languages within ten calendar days from the date of state registration;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication;

4) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of state registration.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister of Defence - the chief of the General Staff of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of determination of cool qualification by the serviceman of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of determination of cool qualification by the serviceman of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Rules) establish procedure for determination of cool qualification by the serviceman of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – AF of RK).

2. Determination of cool qualification includes assignment, confirmation and decrease in cool qualification by the serviceman of AF of RK.

3. Cool qualification is the indicator characterizing the reached professional level of the serviceman according to the held military position and is appropriated by results of final check for academic year (except for the military personnel passing military service under the contract on positions corresponding to flight military specialties).

4. Determination of cool qualification is made for the purpose of stimulation of development of professional skill of each serviceman of AF of RK (further – the military personnel).

5. In AF of RK the following cool qualifications are appropriated:

1) the serviceman passing military service under the contract (except the military personnel passing military service under the contract on the positions corresponding to flight military specialties and aviation land specialists in servicing of the aircraft equipment):

"specialist 3 classes";

"specialist 2 classes";

"specialist of 1 class";

"the specialist of 1 class - the mentor (master)";

2) the serviceman passing military service under the contract on positions corresponding to flight military specialties:

"specialist 3 classes";

"specialist 2 classes";

"specialist of 1 class";

"the pilot (navigator) - the sniper";

3) the serviceman passing military service under the contract on positions of aviation land specialists in servicing of the aircraft equipment:

"specialist 3 classes";

"specialist 2 classes";

"specialist of 1 class";

"mentor (master)";
