1. Approve Regulations on procedure for material stimulation of employees of Inspectorate for control of agro-industrial complex and ensuring food security under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov.

1. This Provision determines procedure for material stimulation of employees of Inspectorate for control of agro-industrial complex and ensuring food security under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - Inspection).
2. The salary fund of employees of Inspectorate consists from:
a) official pay rate;
b) payments of monthly allowances in the amount of:
50 percent to official pay rate (tariff charge) of workers having class ranks, 100 percent to official pay rate of other employees of Inspectorate except technical and service personnel, for special working conditions. This allowance is included official pay rate of employees of Inspectorate in case of calculation of the stimulating surcharges and allowances established by the legislation;
40 percent to official pay rate (work incentives coefficient);
from 20 to 50 percent to official pay rate for the class rank;
from 5 to 40 percent to official pay rate for long service - for the workers having class ranks;
including to monthly allowances belong:
length-of-service allowance to other workers of managerial and production personnel of Inspection paid in the amount of, established for the staff of prosecutor's office. In case of establishment of the allowance the general years of service of the worker are considered;
the allowance for special categories in the amount of 10, 20 and 30 percent to official pay rate in accordance with the established procedure;
c) payments by fund of development of Inspection of allowances to official pay rate of the workers having class ranks on the approved single scale of charges using tariff coefficient in polutorakratny size;
d) the stimulating and other payments including:
awarding of workers for initiative and fair accomplishment of service duties and high achievements in work in the amount of the two-month salary fund in year on the basis of individual assessment of their activities;
awarding in connection with festive, significant and anniversaries, for long and faultless service (work), and also in case of retirement;
personal allowances by fund of the material stimulation created in the amount of 15 percent from the salary fund;
monthly compensations for food in twofold size of minimum wage;
monthly compensations for journey in twofold size of minimum wage - for employees of Inspectorate, except for workers to whom office motor transport is assigned;
rendering financial support in the amount of the monthly salary fund once a year;
e) based on the reasoned statement of the worker with the consent of the head of higher division additional financial support within allocated funds on the salary fund can be given to the worker in the following cases:
the death of close relatives - based on the copy of the death certificate;
in cases of special needs (accident, wedding and other actions, accident, special treatment and recovery of health, in connection with long-period illness, and also difficult financial position in family, other cases).
Establishment of monthly compensation for food and journey in the amount over two minimum sizes of the salary, and also increase in the size of fund of material stimulation is performed by the decision of Council of Fund of development of Inspection.
3. Material stimulation of employees of Inspectorate is performed in shape:
awardings;
payments of personal allowances to official pay rates;
rendering financial support.
Material stimulation of employees of Inspectorate can be performed as well in other forms, stipulated by the legislation.
4. Awarding of the chief of inspection for initiative and fair accomplishment of service duties and high achievements in work in the form of personal one-time payment is performed by the Attorney-General of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and other employees of inspectorate - her chief.
5. Monthly personal allowances to official pay rates are established:
to the chief of Inspection - the Attorney-General of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
to deputy chief of inspection, employees of central office of Inspection and chiefs of territorial administrations - the chief of Inspection;
to chiefs of district (city) departments of Inspection - chiefs of territorial administrations;
to employees of territorial subdivisions - the chief of the relevant territorial administration (department).
6. The established allowances to official pay rates can be cancelled or reduced their sizes in cases of quality degradation of work, failure to provide of timely task performance, violation of labor and performing discipline.
7. When forming the annual salary fund it joins funds for rendering financial support in the amount of the monthly salary fund once a year.
