1. Approve:

1) Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on safety of foodstuff, according to appendix No. 1;

2) organizational structure of the National agency on safety of foodstuff, the list of boundary inspection posts, the list of territorial subdivisions, and also standard structure of territorial subdivision, according to appendix No. 2;

3) to organigramm of the National agency on safety of foodstuff, according to appendix No. 3;

4) the list of public institutions in which the National agency on safety of foodstuff acts as the founder, according to appendix No. 4;

5) the Provision o uniform and distinctions of staff of the National agency on safety of foodstuff as the inspector, according to appendix No. 5;

6) changes which are made to appendix No. 4 to the Order of the Government No. 793 of December 2, 2009, according to appendix No. 6.

2. Establish the extreme number of staff of the National agency on safety of foodstuff in number of 1510 units, from them 181 units for central office, 150 units for boundary inspection posts and 1179 units in territorial subdivisions.

3. The national agency on safety of foodstuff will have one CEO and four deputy directors general.

4. Reorganize the state company "Center for Standardization and Quality Test of Canning Products" by transformation to Public institution "Central test laboratory of alcoholic/soft drinks and preserved foods" which founder is the National agency on safety of foodstuff.

5. The public institution "Central test laboratory of alcoholic/soft drinks and preserved foods" is successor of the rights and obligations of the State company "Center for Standardization and Quality Test of Canning Products".
