About single questions of organization of events on professional development of federal government civil servants in 2018

1. Approve the enclosed state order on actions for professional development of federal government civil servants for 2018 (further - the state order).

2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation:

a) conduct procurement of educational services in occupational retraining and advanced training of federal government civil servants in the organizations performing educational activities, determined in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation about contractual system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs within the budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation by the state order on the specified purposes according to the list of additional professional programs of occupational retraining and advanced training of federal government civil servants in 2018 according to appendix (further - additional professional programs);

b) provide together with federal state bodies the direction of federal government civil servants on occupational retraining and advanced training according to additional professional programs;

c) provide till December 25 to the Government of the Russian Federation the report following the results of occupational retraining and advanced training of federal government civil servants on additional professional programs;

d) exercise control of the course of implementation of the state order.

3. Financial provision of actions for professional development of the federal government civil servants implemented in 2018 within the state tasks to the educational organizations, functions and powers of the founder concerning which are performed by the Government of the Russian Federation, within the state order, and also based on the state educational certificates on additional professional education, is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget for 2018 on the specified purposes including:

To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation - in amount 248289, 2 thousand rubles;

To the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation - of 1832 thousand rubles;

To judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation - in amount 2814, 7 thousand rubles.

4. To send to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation according to the subitem 23 of Item 1 of article 21 of the Federal law "About the Federal Budget for 2018 and for Planning Period of 2019 and 2020" the budgetary appropriations provided on the subsection "Professional Training, Retraining and Advanced Training" of the Section "Education" of classification of budgets expenses:

on accomplishment of the state order on actions for professional development of federal government civil servants - in amount 108129, 5 thousand rubles according to the state order;

on training of civil servants based on the state educational certificates on additional professional education to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation - of 20000 thousand rubles;

on accomplishment of the state task for rendering the state services in implementation of additional professional programs - programs of advanced training, programs of occupational retraining of federal government civil servants - in amount 120159, 7 thousand rubles, from them:

102689, 6 thousand rubles - to federal state-funded educational institution of the higher education "Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration";

405, 2 thousand rubles - to federal state-funded educational institution of the higher education "Lomonosov Moscow State University";

14231, 3 thousand rubles - to federal public autonomous educational institution of the higher education "National research university "Higher School of Economics";
