3. Till October 13, 2005:
3.1. To the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection to approve:
in coordination with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economics and the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry the size of the money allocated for transit accounts of tax authorities calculated proceeding from type, amount and cost of the oil liquid fuel imported from the territory of the states with which customs control and customs clearance, and also procedure for introduction of money on transit accounts of tax authorities by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are cancelled when importing of this fuel by them on the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
together with the Ministry of Finance procedure for production, acquisition by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of control signs, their clearing and marking of the accompanying documents by them (for pipeline transport - other source accounting documents established by the legislation) which are drawn up according to the legislation on the oil liquid fuel imported into the Republic of Belarus from the territory of the states with which customs control and customs clearance are cancelled;
3.2. To the Ministry of Finance in coordination with the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection to approve:
form of the control signs intended for marking of the accompanying documents processed according to the legislation to the oil liquid fuel imported into the Republic of Belarus from the territory of the states with which customs control and customs clearance are cancelled;
procedure for exchange of the control signs intended for marking of the accompanying documents processed according to the legislation to automobile gasoline and the diesel fuel imported into the Republic of Belarus from the territory of the states with which customs control and customs clearance, on the control signs intended for marking of the accompanying documents processed according to the legislation to the oil liquid fuel imported into the Republic of Belarus from the territory of the states with which customs control and customs clearance are cancelled are cancelled.
4. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 21, 2002 No. 1621 "About measures for implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 2002 No. 25" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 134, 5/11536).
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance, except for Item 4, which becomes effective since November 16, 2005.
