Article 1. 1. In paragraph one of Article 244 of the word of "the official of the state or other governing body or the legal entity from execution of instructions of antimonopoly authorities", "them", to "these bodies" and antimonopoly authorities to replace respectively with words of "the individual entrepreneur or the official of the legal entity from execution of the instruction of antimonopoly authority", "it", to "this body" and antimonopoly authority.
2. Exclude Articles 247 and 248.
3. Article 275-277 to state in the following edition:
"Article 275. Pollution of the wood, circle of growth of wood and shrubby vegetation
