Based on article 78 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About courts", in connection with change of borders of areas and cities of the Khorezm, Kashkadarya and Tashkent regions, and also reference of some cities to category of the cities of regional subordination:

1. Form:

Khivan (The Khorezm region), Shakhrisabzsky (The Kashkadarya region), Akhangaransky, Nurafshonsky and Yangiyulsky (The Tashkent region) city courts and Tashkent (The Tashkent region) district court on criminal cases;

Khivan (Khorezm region), Shakhrisabzsky (Kashkadarya region), Akhangaransky, Nurafshonsky and Yangiyulsky (Tashkent region) city administrative courts, and also Tashkent (Tashkent region) district administrative court.

2. Include:

the city of Khiva (The Khorezm region) in zone of jurisdiction of Bagatsky interdistrict court on civil cases and Bagatsky interdistrict economic court;

the city of Shakhrisabz (The Kashkadarya region) in zone of jurisdiction of Shakhrisabzsky interdistrict court on civil cases and Shakhrisabzsky interdistrict economic court;

the city of Akhangaran (The Tashkent region) in zone of jurisdiction of Akhangaransky interdistrict court on civil cases and Akhangaransky interdistrict economic court;

the city of Nurafshon (The Tashkent region) in zone of jurisdiction of Urtachirchiksky interdistrict court on civil cases and Urtachirchiksky interdistrict economic court;

the city of Yangiyul and the Tashkent district (The Tashkent region) in zone of jurisdiction of Zangiatinsky interdistrict court on civil cases and Zangiatinsky interdistrict economic court.

3. Accept offers of the Supreme Court and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

about allocation in addition 16 established posts of managerial personnel, including judges - 5 units financed by the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan, for completion which are again formed Khivan (The Khorezm region), Shakhrisabzsky (The Kashkadarya region), Akhangaransky, Nurafshonsky and Yangiyulsky (The Tashkent region) city administrative courts;

about redistribution of number of 9 positions of judges of district courts by transfer of 1 judge from Khivan (The Khorezm region), 1 judges from Shakhrisabzsky (The Kashkadarya region), 1 judges from Akhangaransky, 1 judges from Urtachirchiksky, 2 judges from Yangiyulsky and 2 judges from Zangiatinsky (The Tashkent region) of district courts on criminal cases respectively in Khivan (The Khorezm region), Shakhrisabzsky (The Kashkadarya region), Akhangaransky, Nurafshonsky and Yangiyulsky (The Tashkent region) city courts on criminal cases and in Tashkent (The Tashkent region) district court on criminal cases, and also 1 judges from Zangiatinsky (The Tashkent region) of district administrative court in Tashkent (The Tashkent region) district administrative court.

4. Make additions and changes to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

5. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Counselor of state of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan O. B. Murodov and the chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan K. F. Kamilov.
